"Scrapbooking From The Inside Out" kit giveaway!!

Happy Thursday everyone!!  Today we have a wonderful kit club to share with you, and their current kit features Glitz Kismet in it!  Take a peek!
The kit is from Scrapbooking From The Inside Out, and here is a little bit about them.

Each month, Scrapbooking from the Inside Out’s kits are based on an emotion, covering everything from freedom and gratitude to loss and safety. These kits help you explore every side of yourself - your inner struggles and triumphs, your relationships, and your goals and dreams. Not only does each kit use color, design and symbolism to help you tell a deeper story, but our industry-exclusive FREE Inspiration Page each month provides you with a multimedia support system - including meaningful journaling prompts, a music playlist, quotes, photos and evocative challenges to make your tender heart and creative mind and hands flow.
What does the word COURAGE mean to you? Is it a waving flag, bungee jumping, or quietly facing your darkest fears? We’ll be exploring all this and more this month with our newest kit, COURAGE.

Inspired by the awesome Glitz Kismet Collection, this kit is filled with spirit, confidence and spunk.  Here are some examples from their design team members:
Would you like to win your own COURAGE kit?  As women, I believe we are created to be strong...even if some think we aren't.  Tell me something that you have been courageous about lately in the comments of this post for the chance to win.  Here is mine...I quit my job and went to photography school last year.  I dreamed about doing it for years, and finally took the jump!  Now I am working on getting my business up and running, which is slow & hard work....but I am doing what I love!!  I think that is pretty courageous!  And I can't wait to hear your courageous stories and comments!

I will pick a winner on Thursday, July 15th!  One comment per person, please!

Until later,
Lea

something that takes courage for me? I don't know that I've done anything lately...however last week I faced a childhood fear....guess what? It's still a fear! I stood on a wooden bridge as a train went under it blowing it's horn.....I just had to see if I could handle it, I was also trying to be brave for my kids. We all decided that wasn't fun and we didn't want to do it again!

I've found that empty nest syndrome is real and takes time, fun trips to reconnect with your DH and hobbies to deal with. For me it took courage to walk away from the Mommy mode. Also having grandchildren really helps. Also, going to the hospital with chest pains/high blood pressure makes you realize that everything in life matters! Live and feel as much as possible.

Hugs,

This may seen silly, but for it is taking courage to over come. We recently moved back to my home town, of which I despised in my youth. I'm having a difficult time moving beyond all the awful things that happened here, and letting this be my second chance to love all that this area (and it's people) offer. I am constantly asking for forgiveness, and praying that I can find peace in such bitterness.

oh what a great kit I LOVE it!!! Courage- lately for me it's been the courage to get up and exercise.. probably doesn't seem like a big thing, but it's been alot of work and I have more energy. I keep trying to get my DH to go with me, so I've been doing it on my own.. so to me that is courgage

What an awesome kit!!

My courageous moment of late has been to look the dust bunnies under my bed straight in the eye and then I gave them fair warning that Mr. Clean was coming for a visit this weekend!

Well it wasn't lately, but seeing as its almost my 4th anniversary of moving, I'd say a pretty courageous thing that I did four years ago was take a job in a city 1500 miles away from home. I didn't know anyone in my new city and I found a roommate on Craigslist. Everyone kept telling me it was very brave and at the time I was like, "Whatever" but yeah. It was pretty courageous. :)

I would love to have this kit. Heck, I'd love to have the courage I once had. I used to not any fear. If I wanted to do something, I'd do it. But as I got older, I lost my courage and retreated into my shell.

L O V E the kit!!! L O V E Glitz!!!! So excited for the opportunity to win.
Ok so the most courageous thing I have done...Lived in California for 40 years, met my hubby and moved myself and my children 3000 miles to Virginia to be with him. Small town, rude people, have made no friends, but I have my kids and my hubby and I am in it for the long haul. It was the hardest thing I have ever done to move so far away but I don't regret it, and I'm glad I had the courage to do it.
Thanks

One of the most courageous things I have done was to take on the volleyball head coaching position at the high school I teach at. I had to be courageous for the players because they needed a strong person to look to when the one person that had counted on was no longer there. Such a great kit!

What a beautiful kit, thanks so much for the chance to win one! As for courageous, I totally hear you....after seven months of being laid off, my husband and I are taking the plunge and starting our own business! So scary and so exhilerating at the same time. We are praying that we will be able to do what we love and support our family at the same time....and that takes courage!

My courageous thing is kinda ongoing. My oldest daughter died of cancer eight years ago. At the time that she got sick I was climbing the corporate ladder, but I stopped working and took care of her and never regretted one moment. Her death re-aligned my priorities. I now work at a job that pays considerably less, with no recognition or room for advancement, but I get to take my youngest daughter to & from school every single day and take off to see all of the important "life" stuff! That makes it all worth it.

I've been courageous in going back to work with lupus! It's been a mixed blessing. I get to tutor some lovely girls from China and Africa. But, I also have a lot of pain and it makes me tired! Probably lame compared to many but it's big to me! Thanks for a chance to win!

great layouts...love how dark the red is..courage is just me being a more patient mom to my special little guy with 'different abilities' and being his best advocate EACH and EVERY day. You gotta fight people sometimes to get whatya need and it takes courage (and patience) to fight smartly and quietly.

Fantastic kit with endless opportunities!

I moved from Norway to Denmark two years ago, all because of love :) So, well, was it courageous or stupid? Haha, I'm pretty sure it was the right thing anyways :)

Beautiful kit, love the courageous reds! What have I done requiring courage this week? Well, I just moved into a new home that only has partial electricity and the boxes aren't unpacked, but I invited 23 people over on Saturday to beat the heat and enjoy the pool. I decided it was silly to be embarrassed about the house--everyone's had a bad move, right? So I opened the front door right up to everyone... they could see all my mess! but not so well without lights!
have a good summere!

I've been going to boot camp. It took courage for me because I'm very shy and always exercised in the comfort of my own home. I'm also not in the best of shape, so not being able to keep up with others is embarrasing. Not to mention the aches and pains the day after. But I've kept it up, and even on days when I don't feel like doing it, I push myself to go.

I love the kit, by the way. I'm always drawn to primary color schemes.

I love this kit. I don't know what I think it takes courage to let my 19yr leave the driveway without me calling his cell phone 10minutes later because I hear sirens!

Greetings!
Thanks for the opportunity.
In the Fall of 2008, I left my job as a bedside nurse to pursue a career as a nurse educator.
I had just earned my Masters in Nursing and assepted a job at my local university.
I took this leap because I wanted to work with nursing students. It was important for me to share my passion for patient care.
My challenge was when my first pay check arrived. After calculating it, I realized I took a $30,000 pay cut. This discouraged me. Times were going to be tough.
MY son had just started college and his expenses were high. I thought about leaving the college and returning to the bedside full time but hesitated because I love my students so.
It has been two years and I am still teaching. I have learned to budget and no longer enjoy long summer trips. But, it's all worth it when I have one of my kiddos say, "I love you Vangie and I couldn't have done it without you!"
Hugs,
Vangie

Courage for me was choosing to quit my job and stay at home with my two boys. I made a pretty could salary and I knew quitting would make a pretty big impact on our budget... But I had to have enough courage to follow my heart and take the leap.... So thankful I did!!

Courage for me this summer has been taking the risk of experiencing failure... I knew that I needed to work on getting physically fit and I was so afraid that I would fail and be depressed about the whole experience.... Instead I've lost 15 lbs and feel much much better!!

Courage is a big theme for me right now.... I recently quit my job to start my own photography business.... I found everything so overwhelming and risky and I was scared to death. Courage is what makes me keep pushing forward and refusing to give up on myself.

Fab kit. Courage for me is putting my art out there on my blog. It is very nerve-wrecking for me to show what I have really worked hard on and hear what others think. Another thing is having the courage to apply for design teams. I've had more rejections than acceptance, but it has really been good for me.

We recently lost a dear friend to cancer , as a result I have decided to join spirit jump , volunteering to send notes of encouragemnet, cards etc. It is strange just to write a note to someone you don't know! I have been making cards lately for OWH and decided I want to find something different for a change, as for scary I don't drive on the Interstate but I have nade 3 trips to Chicago from Alabama - I think I may have conquered my fear!

My courageous moment this year has lasted since January 1st. My dad had a sever stoke and is still wheelchair bound and not happy about it all. I am the youngest of six kids and the only kid that lives close so my husband and I have been helping with everything from the building on ramps to driving my dad to therapies. It has been hard and lots of tears but the Lord loves us all and it will turn out!!

That kit is AWESOME!!!

1. i moved from switzerland to the USA
2. i got married and i wasn't even 20 years old ;) (but i am more than sure, that it was the right thing to do :D )
3. i started to design my own clear stamps and am trying to get everything running.
i am very excited what comes next :D

As a few of your followers have commented, I too am facing my three boys leaving for college, therefore, the empty nest. I am choosing to be courageous and support their new-found freedom! I belong to a few scrapbook kits of the month-but think I will have to check this one out. Sounds like a fun twist...

I have learned very all-of-a-sudden-like that I really have to embrace myself. I used to only take pictures from my right side, because that was my "good" side, and now I've learned that my imperfections just add that much more to my personality and the fact that there is not another person like me on Earth.

I guess I am coming around to the idea of actually loving myself, exactly as I am, flaws and all, because that is the only way to live happily and even simply.

Thanks for the chance! :) I have also posted on my blog sidebar. Have a beautiful day!

I have been courageous tons actually lately. I left my job a couple weeks ago to put more work into my own personal business.i'm also in school getting my Masters of education. Something I should have probably done the first time around. It has been tough on our family only because school is there nights a week so there is lots of hi/bye going on in our house. We have to do what we gotta do though right. It will all be worth it in the end. For now we take it day by day and I keep on scrappin away. Love you girls!

I normally don't think of myself as very courageous. I don't like to jmp out of airplanes or things like that. But as I was reading the other posts I realized that in the last two years I have become VERY courageous. My husband & I have had to move in with my mother. Move my kids to a new school and take them away from friends and their home. It is tough but I know we are on the right journey I could not do this without a great deal of courage and a great Mom.

Wow, I love this kit and I love reading everyone's comments. This past year for me has required a lot of courage - after a bad experience with tenants and insurance companies, we had to sell our home and move into an almost-shed (which we euphamistically call our 'cottage') - we are still struggling every day, but I have learnt to take a stand for what I believe to be right and *not* let this situation keep me down. The next courageous step for me will be inviting some friends to visit - I'm very embarrassed by our home but it's time now to embrace what will be a reality for a few years :)

WoW the kit is amazing!

My moment of courage lately was when I learn that my sons has autism. I keep putting my energy and all my love for him to have a life as normal as he can. Everyday his a challenge, exploiting his strenght and composing with his difficulties to make him proud of himself and happy in his life. The last 4 years we invest a lot of our time, money and energy for one goal... so he can get in a regular classroom as he starts school... and guess what? His starting kindergarden with neurotypical kids in september! We are very happy of the accomplishement even if we know that COURAGE will be part of our life and HIS live forever...

Awesome kit. You REALLY showed courage, girl, and I'm so proud of you. As a retired woman, I think courage is getting out and volunteering in areas that are really important to you. I am active at Junior Achievement, working on an Expanding your Horizons conference (for girls in grades 7 -10 to inspire them to be scientists), and in our church community. Courage is extremely important in every day life... this will make MEMORABLE LOs.

I have always struggled with my weight and I think it takes a lot of courage to be overweight in this world. There are a lot of judgment about "fat" people. I have courage every time I go to the gym and people stare at me like I don't belong. It takes daily courage to believe in yourself even when others put you down!!!!!!!!
