Floral Cards with Iwona Palamountain

Hello, sweets! I've been playing around with my Glitz Design pretties... no matter for how long I'd have worked with them for, I honestly can't imagine getting bored with these fantastic designs. At the same time I'm getting all giddy with excitement, waiting to lay my hands on the brand new CHA lines... have you seen them all yet?? They are A-MA-ZING!!
You just wait until I cut into them too... lol

I pulled out the Hoopla papers for the first card. This collection is the best proof that whoever said that "blue and green should not be seen", had to be insane.
I love the melancholic look that these two give when paired together.
My card was inspired by this beauty, by my fellow DT Member and a terrific artist, Laurie.

With my next card, I pushed feminine to the maximum, and filled the space with roses...
I'm seriously addicted to the Laced With Grace Floral paper, so I fugured I should make the card where it plays the main role. No covering it with stuff, let the design shine! I even enhanced the look with the rosey transparency, from the same line. I've been hoarding this one for a long time, it's just too beautiful.

I added interest to the background paper (Rose), by scoring vertical lines with my Scor-Buddy. The effect reminds me of a weathered wooden panel, which again intensifies the romantic feel to this card. I really like how these two turned out, I hope you like them too :)
