oooo, me likey! i'll be spending nsd not scrapping. it's a busy day filled with t-ball practice, birthday parties, and family dinners so no time for mommy. i will be doing the most important thing in scrapping though, i'll be documenting with lots and lots of pix!
I just got through cleaning and organizing my scrap area (which was disgusting and took forever). Now I am off to look at all the fabulous challenges at Tallyscrapper and scrap the day away! Well, once the husband gets home so he can be mr. mom for the day.

Ohhh! pick me! pick me! I had to move my scrap area & am amidst trying to put everything back together. After only a few hours sleep last night I'm still not done! UGH! should be seeing a light at the end of the tunnel soon and then I've promised my daughter (8 y/o)that we would work on her new scrapbook kit from her Easter basket. If I can squeeze in some "me" time & I don't collapse from my "all night shuffle" I'll be working on an altered window pane. Love those papers! totally GORGEOUS! Happy NSBD!!! : )

I'm hanging out at home with my baby girl, Audrey, who is four weeks old today. I'm hoping to finish up a couple of pages about her and start a few projects for her room. It's all about the pink today! :D
We are at the KW Retreat Cabin having a scrappin weekend. We are Patsy, Diane, Edith, Connie, Grandma, Kelly, and Dawn. Some of us are even craftin our kits we bought when the Glitz Girls were at the Junkie in Houston. When r u girls coming back, we miss ya already!!!

Well, my favorite scrapbooking store closed (Recollections) a while ago so I will be scrapping the day away at home. It is raining, lightning and thundering here so it's good weather to be at home. I think I hear the tornado sirens! Don't they know I'm in the middle of a layout?!?! I guess I better get in the bathroom and take cover.

I started the day off with a bang with some scrap shopping & now I am settling in with my drinks and snacks for a night of scrapping! Love it!
I didn't get to scrap like I had hoped but I did get a lot of stuff packed for my mom. She's moving next weekend and had a collapsed lung last week so she can't do much. I was glad to help :)
I volunteered most of the day at the Embassy of Uzbekistan - now I have more pictures to get into layouts for NSD!
well the day is almost over and I was able to get one page done...yay! And ordered my self the Silouhette..that makes it a great day!

No time to scrap today (poor me, I know), so I'm going to get out some albums and look through them with my boys...it's always fun to do that and it gets me excited to scrap again!

After the kids go to bed tonight I plan to clean up my scrap area. So I probably missed the boat on this one since I am late, but does it count if I tell you how I spent National Scrapbooking day? I kicked it off on Friday by cutting out of work on my lunch hour (ok,maybe more than an hour) to head to Archivers to spend more of my hard earned cash and to partake in their make and takes (I emailed them on whether or not they would ever carry your line, but have not yet received a response. Will they?). I topped off Friday by making a birthday card for my daughter's friend's b day party and putting the finishing touches on a layout I had started the day before with my new Scrapdango kit. Then on Saturday, after attending a picnic, I spent the rest of the day "contemplating" exactly where to put the scrapbooking supplies still sitting in my living room in my newly refurbished office/scrap room in an organized fashion, versus the standard chaos I used to thrive in. There is something to be said about having products directly in your line of vision, tempting you to use them versus put away where you cannot see or "hear" them! I helped my 12 year old daughter gather some supplies to scrap over her friend's house and ended my day watching my husband building my new desk/scrap table while I sipped an icy cold beer. Salute'! Happy National Scrapbooking Day to all!

I didn't getting any scrapping done yesterday as I went to see my gramma in the nursing home and spent time with my daughter. But I love the kits!

My best friend and I took a little road trip to San Diego and went to a crop at a great store! We got a ton of layouts done, all the food we ate was magically calorie-less and we had a blast.

OOps.. I forgot to mention how I celebrated NSD. My friend and I went on a girl trip to San Diego and cropped at a store we dont usually go to. It was fun to get away and have some scrappy girl time. We had a 5 de mayo theme with sombreros, maracas, etc. OLE!

I spent the day with my scrapping BFF! We live in different cities and it was so nice to be able to spend the day together and we actually scrapped! I would also love to share these gifts with her.
