I am a big fan of picture-less layouts.
I feel that they allow you to focus more on the subject that you want to express in the layout via it be words or elements from a manufacturing company that says everything you want to say.
Today we are focusing on Kismet Collection and Vintage Love In the layout {Journey} I used the butterfly punch to focus on the pictures in the Vintage Love Whatnots cards by Glitz. I also complimented it with journaling by using French Carnival Rub-Ons also by Glitz.
The next layout I completed titled {Travel} is focusing on the journaling and in my story to heal from my past. To really focus on that I wanted to make the journaling pop off the page by using my white Signo Uni-Ball pen.
The background was created using Glitz grid rub-ons sparingly. What i did was just slightly rubbed it on all over the layout and then quickly lifted it knowing it was not all stuck to the paper. I then took the extra and went around the edges of the paper.
I hope you feel inspired to do a photo-less layout and use the rub-ons as main highlights to the page. Happy Creating
