Best Witches with Emeline Seet

While most of you are preparing for Halloween and enjoying crisp pumpkin spiced air, we, over at the other side of the world aren't so fortunate :) Nevertheless, I decided to give a go with a Halloween Frame.

I have a weakness for anything ornate and my heart skipped a beat or two when I saw Glitz Designs Rub On Pack which contains black ornate frames! They are really easy to use and rub on like butter. I transferred them onto a transparency.

As if it wasn't enough, I went on to use Glitz Designs Fancy Frames (Clear Stamps). Here, I applied embossing ink and embbossed with neon green embossing powdey - all the while working on clear transparency. Apply heat using a heat gun and i layered the Frame (Rub on) onto the embossed frame. Since the rub on is in black, it brings out the neon green perfectly.

Supplies

Glitz Design "Vintage Love" Paper - Damask
Glitz Design Fancy Frames - Rub Ons
Glitz Design Fancy Frames - Clear Stamps

My next project, I created a shabby chic inspired sachet pillow.
This 7x5" pillow not only has potpourri flower buds, it contained cotton batting as well. With a sewing theme in mind, I envisioned this item to be functional and be used as a pin-cushion.

I cut out chipboard, embossed it and wrapped Glitz Designs' pattern paper around. Next, I tie my frequently used embroidery floss around for
easy access.

I stamped Glitz Design Distressing Ink onto unbleached muslin cloth and distressed the edges with distressing ink.

May you have a creative day today!
